Hello World!
It is the July 4 holiday weekend. I want to encourage you to jump-start your exercise routine.
I have been talking about buying a bicycle for years, but this year I took action.
I must admit it has been a bit of a challenge, but when fear crept in and the voice of the world was whispering you are too old for this I immediately repeated the words of Paul in 2 Timothy 1:7. “For God hath not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (KJV).
